Since this is a chibi, proportions are a little hard to critique, but I see that one arm is a tad bit bigger than the other. And perhaps you could work on shading underneath her bangs to make them look like they're not completely connected to her head? :3
Really, to better this image, shading to the flowers and other certain areas could really give it more life. <3
